Break-Fast To Break Free Heart Health

In the morning rush hours in a race to reach work places, one thing that easily gets dropped is "breakfast", but studies suggests this could have a bigger impact on our health than we might think.

A new study appears to confirm that when you eat is just as important for health as what and how much you eat. A study conducted and tracked for over 16 years suggests that, those who said they skipped breakfast were found to have a higher risk of heart attack or fatal coronary heart disease.

Study explains “Skipping breakfast may lead to one or more risk factors, including obesity, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and diabetes, which may in turn lead to a heart attack over time."

Research suggests that one need to incorporate many types of healthy foods into your breakfast, as this is "an easy way to ensure your meal provides adequate energy and a healthy balance of nutrients, such as protein, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals."

Skipping breakfast and eating late at night increases the risk of heart attacks and coronary artery disease. "WHEN" you eat is just as important for health as "WHAT" and "HOW MUCH" you eat.
